History of Uncle Jesse’s Heavenly Fudge
In the early 1980’s, Jesse and his wife, Ann, were in the catering business in south Alabama. While Ann and the help would be cleaning up after events, Jesse would experiment with his Grandmother’s old homemade fudge recipe. Until one evening, everyone said...”that’s it, don’t make another change!” Thus was born “Uncle Jesse’s Heavenly Fudge.”
Made with fresh, all natural ingredients -- no preservatives -- the “old fashion” way by hand, Uncle Jesse’s Fudge is a favorite of all who taste it.
After much encouragement, Jesse finally decided to commercialize the “fudge”. Looking for a proper location in Northeast Alabama, Jesse and Ann happened upon the little town of Attalla in August, 2004. The logistics of the Gadsden / Attalla area make it a great central location for reaching the entire Southeast.
