Any descriptive information that will help to ensure we assemble your Web site correctly (e.g. product name, staff member name, etc.). 3. Your company's name and phone number. Digital / Electronic files are preferred. | Digital Content When supplying content on disk, each component (text, graphics, logos, etc.) must be saved as a separate file, using the following guidelines. Graphic Requirements: each graphic element (pictures, images, logos, charts, etc.) must be saved separately as a GIF or JPEG file. Please remember to include fonts with your artwork, logos, etc. File names should have no more than eight characters and proper extensions (i.e. image.jpg) for cross-platform compatibility. GIF = .gif, JPEG = .jpg, GIF or JPEG file format is preferred for ease of cross platform exchange. |
Camera Ready Artwork Camera ready artwork includes any color artwork that is crisp and clean. Photostats and Mechanicals are preferred. The following does not qualify as camera ready artwork: faxes, photocopies, printed halftones/tints, pencil sketches, and blue ink print. It is preferred that finely detailed artwork and small or thin type be supplied on disk instead of hard copy to ensure quality reproductions. | Copy All content copy is preferred in a "MS Word" compatible digital file. If a digital file can not be supplied, type or write out all copy for the content of your Web site. Clearly indicate special punctuation and capitalization. Be sure to label each section of your Web site copy with the appropriate button/page name and number. Button Specifications: 20 character maximum, no more than two (2) words. Text files should be supplied in a .doc or .txt format. |
